Ramah Tamah is an Indonesian rice table which combines exotic succulent dishes from Java, Bali and Sumatra. The various dishes of this ‘mouth-watering’ dinner are a subtle blend of the spicy and the refined! And in keeping with the overall style, the boat is adorned with original Indonesian artefacts.

Our Indonesian caterer Asli Indonesia has been serving authentic Indonesian dishes and complete meals in situ since 1987. Passion, enthusiasm and a love of cooking has turned this originally one-man business into a sizeable enterprise. At Asli Indonesia old recipes are inspirationally combined with rediscovered ingredients.

Tuscan evening

In the course of this evening you`ll be treated to a four-course dinner beginning with antipasti, followed by a primo, secondo and dolci. Tuscan cuisine is flavoursome, bursting with character and fragrance. All the dishes are prepared for you on board by an Italian chef. Grande Festa is our Italian caterer. Fresh ingredients simply combined with plenty of herbs. The essence of Mediterranean cooking is full of adventure, diversity, refinement and based on age-old family traditions. Our chef draws his inspiration from a range of regional cuisines, including Tuscany. Many of the ingredients such as parma ham and olive oil are imported direct from Italy.

Bioboat

Clean sailing and pure dining!
On board of the eco-friendly party boat powered by natural gas, you can dine in style and enjoy delicious organic food. As the city glides past, you are treated to a variety of very tasteful regional dishes. The four-, five- or six-course menu of this arrangement is inspired by the season.

The Tasting Experience is the ideal mix if you want to combine an informal drinks party with a star-quality dinner. The boat layout allows your guests to circulate and talk to everyone while dinner is served in bite-size courses.
For Maass, our caterer, the food is the thing! In their spacious Amsterdam kitchens they use fresh organic ingredients. Modern cooking techniques go hand-in-hand with old-fashioned expertise and patience. And you can taste it in the food: honest, pure and bursting with flavour!
